I have over 25 years of experience in business, working with large and small businesses alike, from the Services Industry to the Software Industry. I have worked with companies barely breaking even to companies that have software products 15 years old bringing in 10’s of millions of dollars a year in revenue. I am familiar with what it takes to be successful in Business, including Technology, Product, Marketing, Sales, Financials, and Leadership. All of these things must work in harmony to create a successful business. I have worked as an Individual Contributor and as the Leader of multiple teams totally over 50 people.
I have built teams from scratch, and inherited teams that needed someone to help them sustain success. I am fascinated not only with the technology side of things, but also the psychology of products and teams, such as what drives customers to choose and use your product, to why some teams thrive while others are consumed by infighting and politics. I am currently retired but find myself working with businesses and individuals on various projects, including as a coach for the Raikes Design Studio for students at UNL.
